Dear Steve, I hope you are well. I met with you for the first time on Friday afternoon (about the driving) Just to let you know I have done a bit of driving since then, although not on motorways yet!!

Well, clambering around on my not-so-flat flat roof in the dark may not have been the most sensible thing to do at 7pm last night, but whilst I was concerned about losing my footing & falling off, I wasn't worried about the height - so - it worked !! (but then you knew it would didn't you?!).
Have a good weekend.

Thank you very much for the work you did with me on the 24th. I found the drive home very relaxing and seemed to be more confident.

Dear Steve, This is a MASSIVE heartfelt THANKYOU to you for all you have done for me.

I am no longer suffering from depression or taking antidepressants. I had been suffering with this for 7 years before meeting you. Within 6 months of first meeting you I was completely off the antidepressants and have kept off them!!! My confidence is soaring, I have lost my excess weight and am back down to a size 8!. My fear of men is no longer there! I value myself much more and my income has increased 3 fold through you helping me to improve my business and communication skills. I've never felt so good!! I know that all this sounds too good to be true however this is the profound effect that you've had on my life. My life has changed beyond belief in such a short space of time. Whenever I came to see you, I found you so easy to speak with Steve, just as if I was meeting up with a friend. THANK YOU so much.

You're such a star! What a wonderful, comprehensive answer. I have already forwarded it his girlfriend, who as you can imagine has been feeling pretty awful about it too, and she was filled with hope and encouragement which is a great start. So know that you brought a smile to at least two people today - with just one email. Can't imagine how many others you brought! : )

Hi Steve. I just thought I would let you know how things have been since our visit. A… is back to being bright and bubbly like he was a few years ago. He is very confident, he is not washing and showering too excessively but I bet he's one of the cleanest teenage boys around. We have been travelling to different places in this country on holiday.

We went to Liverpool which was very busy, hot and uncomfortable and he was fine. He was very calm and not at all fazed by any of it. He has been in several similar situations over the last few weeks and has not been in the least bit bothered. He did have an unfortunate experience the weekend after our visit…… but he bounced back the next day thankfully. I don't think this would have happened before our visit.

He is full of the joys of spring most of the time and has said that a few people at school have commented on this and asked what he is on because he is so happy. I will let you know of any further developments. So far so good and thanks for your help.

Hi Steve, How are you?  I hope things are going well for you :)  Apologies for taking so long to write to you... I wasn't sure where to start. Wow, things really have changed a lot since I saw you a little over a year ago…. I've certainly come a long way from where I was when I saw you.  I moved into my house in June last year and changed my job in October.  I love the house and the job, both are good positive places to be and are all that I wanted and hoped for. Have been out a lot in the evenings in the city and met lots of new people. I hope all is well with you :). Kind regards

Hi Steve. Thank you for your time on Monday - I did find the session useful. In fact, I decided to book a holiday after I saw you. Thanks again, it was good to meet you. Take care.

Hi Steve, hope you’re well. I’m glad to say that E… and I are still smoke-free for another year.

Hi Steve. Just to let you know that Matt was successful today in having his tooth removed. We went back to our dentist explained that we had seen you. The dentist was very calm and took plenty of time with him. Anyway Matt definitely felt more relaxed and believed that his sessions with you had helped so a big thank you for helping us get over this hurdle. With best wishes.

Hi Steve. Thanks so much for your time on Monday. I’ve been going around with a sort of happy thoughtful glow about me with some more wonderful subtle changes happening. Thanks once again, and I’m out now to achieve those things I want to do. (Without hurting anyone). Very Best wishes

Dear Steve. This is just a quick email to thank you for your time and expertise this morning. I know you will probably say "You've paid me, you don't have to thank me!" and, while this may be true, I still feel that I would like to pass on my thanks. Coming to see you this morning was a big step for T…-- and for me -- trusting someone that doesn't come recommended by a doctor or the national health. T… has responded really well to the work that you did together this morning. When she got home, she told her mum that you were "Amazing!". She seems happier and more relaxed than I have seen her in a while.
I will be interested to see her progress. Many thanks and Warmest regards

Steve, Great session yesterday thanks.  I've been running my movie over in my head, sometimes while walking, sometimes eyes shut in bed. Cheers

Hi Steve. I came to see you in October about my panic attacks and fear of flying. You told me to e mail you and let you know how i have got on. I know it has been a while but I wanted to make sure that the panic attacks really had gone first. Anyway first of all I want to say thank you so much my life is now a thousand times better. I think that what you did was amazing and i am so happy that i came to see you. Since I have seen you I hardly think about having a panic attack which I used to do all the time before which means that I have had time to focus on more important things. I am doing well at university and I'm in the middle of my last semester and although i am under a lot of pressure i have not had a panic attack and I do not have to worry about having one! I feel so much more free and relaxed and it is all thanks to you I can't explain how grateful I am. I have also recommended some people to you and they actually do have money - unlike me! So I hope that helps you out a bit in return. Hope everything is going well for you, thank you again.

Dear Steve

So dopey from so much sleep have lost my mobile and have a big loved up grin on my face, and after only an hour, miracle worker indeed!  Thank you.

Dear Steve,
Thank you so much for all your help - it was been an amazing step forward for me.

Best wishes,

Thank you so much, things are becoming much clearer.  I will be doing my homework all week as this is fascinating. Thanks!

Steve Wichett and NLP has helped me manage my childhood demons successfully. They will never go away but Steve has helped me live with them , to embrace them and has taught me to control my frequent and horrifying nightmares.

I was in an anxious state for several years following the still birth of my baby, at full term - that was 9 years ago.
I got progressively worse over the years, resulting in severe panic attacks and constantly living in a high anxiety state.  My nervous system was shot to pieces and I found it difficult to lighten up, was grumpy all of the time as well as being convinced that I had a terminal illness of which I have had several!  I was stressed out and overwhelmed with everything.
I have seen many GPs, and been prescribed many different types of medication over the years which really haven't helped and only masked my problems, most have had side effects and take a while to come off them.   I was once referred for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, which is great if you want to find out how your mind works - but it doesn't really give you the tools to fix it. Eventually at complete desperation, I saw another therapist who recommended the Paul Mckenna books.
I stopped seeing her as I felt it wasn't going anywhere, she was more of a councillor and I wanted results, not just to talk to someone.  I was so impressed by the Paul Mckenna books that I started to research NLP a bit more and found Steve's name.  The sessions with Steve have bought back my happiness.  After my first session with him, I found myself sniffing the flowers on my window sill, I stopped and thought, I haven't done that for ages, I would normally just walk right passed them in my own stressed world inside my mind!  I have been off the Beta Blockers for about a month now and my life is so much better!
I have only had 2 sessions with Steve and that was enough to change my path and come out of the dark into the light!
Thank you Steve!

Hi Steve, I hope you’re well.

Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you for your support and guidance with my public speaking ‘phobia’

About four weeks ago I had to deliver a ten minute presentation to an audience of 160 with a microphone (this was the same event that had tipped me over the edge last year, resulting in a feigned illness rather than go through the prospect of potential public humiliation).

Previously my friends and family would have endured at least six weeks of hell prior to this conference, I would have swallowed enough migraine tablets to influence the share price of a small pharmaceutical company and I’m sure I’d have dropped into the depths of depression once again.

I prepped the slides one week before the conference (PowerPoint but with pictures only so that I didn’t get myself into a mess trying to memorise scripts), practiced a couple of times and then parked the worry until the night before. The day was daunting but I kept myself busy beforehand and although it wasn’t the best presentation in the world, no one laughed etc and I got through it.

Last week, we had the C*** M********** awards and although it was only five minutes of public speaking  to an audience of about 200, I wanted to use the event to put everything you’d coached me through into practice and finally put my demons to bed (no pressure!!)
I thought it had gone pretty well but was blown away when two of my respected colleagues asked me afterwards how I felt their own speeches had gone and later that evening a lady approached me and said that my speech had sounded so genuine that it had given her goosebumps - exactly the reaction I’d been hoping for!!

I’ve finally recognised (eight years later) that it’s perfectly normal to be nervous before public speaking, I’ve stopped scaring my monkey to death weeks before the event and I actually see the experience as an opportunity to learn & develop my communication skills.

So I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for not burning lots of incense @ our first meeting, for your intelligent, balanced conversation and for quickly building enough rapport with me that I trusted you enough to help me.
Forever grateful

I had a phobia of the dark and sleeping caused by my noctural epilepsy, which extended into light anxiety. Since seeing Steve I have not had a single seziure and I am now able to sleep in near pitch black. I cannot express how thankful I am for Steve's help and guidance, and naturally have recommended him highly to friends and family.
The sessions are friendly relaxed and everything at your own pace. Set in a beautiful office overlooking Winchester Cathedral.
The help I was offered was priceless. Your health if of the upmost importance. I am a student and found the value for money better than expected.
The service: As I work full time, Steve made sure that a session was set up for me at 6pm, which was outside of his usual working hours. Steve also made me feel comfortable to email or call if I needed to ask any questions. Ultimately service was great.
Quality: I think the first paragraph speaks for itself. I have my confidence back, I am not afraid of the dark and I haven't had a seizure for over a year and a half. Impeccable, couldn't ask for more.
Thanks again Steve.

The sessions I had with you had far more impact on my life that I could imagine, I am happier and can take things in my stride a lot more now. And most of all, after a brush with death it is easy to dwell on what could have happened and what nearly did happen. I feel that thanks to you my reaction to it was "well it didn't happen, I didn't die, that wasn't the turn of events, mum was with me and I got the right treatment rapidly". I felt like it has really helped me to deal with it and move on. So thank you.
I feel that besides dealing with the driving anxiety that I actually presented with I feel that I have also been equipped with a skill set I can use for numerous situations that life throws at you.

Meeting steve did changed the tracks on which my life was heading. Instead of the empty sympathic face i had come to get used to seeing from doctors and counsellors i found a playful cheeky face that immediately snapped me out of feeling like the victim. I now dont feel the pain that my memory associated with a violent event i my life, i am free to live as i choose, without having to carry the weight or use others to hold me up.
Steve shows you, not how to analyse whats happened but how to leave it behind and live life to the fullest, I feel like he literally shoved me into my own future, one that I had written off, and for this of course, I am always going to be completely grateful and amazed.

Hi Steve

Just a short note to say many thanks for the excellent sessions over the past few months to address my presentation anxiety issues. I find I now focus more on the outcome I’m looking for rather that worrying about the presentation itself. It doesn’t always go to plan (no-ones perfect!!!) but is significantly better than it was. The key is I now have the tools to continue the journey. I also understand (which you may wish to pass onto other clients) is that NLP it is not an overnight ‘cure’ but more a slow realization that only you can address the issues you are experiencing . In short NLP, for me, provides the framework within which you can grow.

I will keep you updated on progress and would like to arrange a personal ‘check and balance/mentoring’ session meeting on a quarterly basis.

Kind Regards

                                                            AS (South)

Steve has a wonderful way of immediately putting you at ease.
Through his help I was able to confront my fears of public speaking,
attend a public hearing and present my case successfully to a large audience.
Before I would never of dreamed of doing this!
Steve's approach is kind, caring and he creates an environment that
is safe to voice any concerns you may have. My confidence has grown
so much and has opened up a world of possibilities.
I am living a much happier existence due to his amazing skills.
If I ever need that extra support I know Steve is there.
There are special people, that by being here help to
make 'your world' a better place. Steve is one of them.
Gratitude and many thanks.

I came to Steve in summer 2015 with a very debilitating anxiety problem. I suffered frequent panic attacks, general anxiety every day and it really ruined my life for a very long time. I did seek some therapy, namely holistic, but it did not work for me. I thought about hypnotherapy and with that came the typical stereotypes that are fed to us through T.V. and movies. I chose to just try hypnotherapy and that's how I came across Steve.
Steve is such an amazing person and made me feel so comfortable. He made me feel very relaxed and at ease to talk to him about my fears and anxieties, even on my initial call with him, I felt positive that change could happen. For anyone that suffers anxiety, I can honestly say that I know how you feel it is such a horrid feeling and I wouldn't want anyone to go through those feelings of; unhappiness, depression, sadness, feeling as if the world is against you, feeling as if you cannot enjoy life, feeling ungrateful because of that and the general sickness that comes with anxiety and panic attacks.
Steve genuinely changed my life forever! I do not get panic attacks anymore, I haven't had one since I saw him in 2015. My generalised anxiety has completely gone, even after one session I felt so much better! He teaches you techniques that you can use and keep for life to help  you when the going gets tough! He listens and makes you feel like you're the only client he has!
In 2016 July I came back to Steve with my crippling fear of flying (I couldn't even look at a plane without feeling sick and hadn't been on one since 2010. Steve’s first question was do me: “if (hypothetically) I were to offer you a million pounds would you get on a plane”, to which I replied: “absolutely not”!! I must admit, even though Steve helped me change my life already I was a bit sceptical about whether or not he could get me on a plane! I couldn't even watch movies that involved planes (that’s how bad it was). I had a few sessions with Steve and I took my first flight in 6 years to Sardinia and it was the best flight I have ever had and I even enjoyed it!!! On the way back I also enjoyed the plane journey even though there was turbulence,I was well equipped to handle. I can even go as far as to say I quiet enjoyed the turbulence.. I can now travel the world with my fiancée and to anyone who has a crippling fear of flying or any phobia, Steve can really help you!
Steve, from the bottom of my heart and from my family, thank you for changing my life for the better and making my families life easier.  You have opened my eyes and made me feel so hopeful for the future and now I actually look forward to the future, I feel free, confident, and feel like the big weight that was on my chest has gone, which would not have been possible if it wasn't for you. I can now travel the world anxiety free too and even if I did have a little anxiety every now and then I know how to handle it. A thousand thank you’s would not be enough, I am a changed woman.
P.S if the offer for the million pounds is still on the table, I would be more than happy to take it haha!
